We hope this letter finds you in good health! As someone who has previously taken advantage of our wellness checks, you already know the importance of staying on top of your health. We’re writing to invite you back for our monthly First Friday Free Health Fair at the Melrose Center, right in the heart of our community.

Your Health Journey Continues Here Since your last visit, you’ve taken an important step in managing your health proactively. Regular wellness checks are key to maintaining that momentum. Many health conditions develop silently, and routine screenings can catch changes early when they’re most treatable. That’s why we’re here every first Friday of the month – to make free preventive care accessible and convenient for you.
